Established in October 1946, the club is one of the oldest in the area. One of the Founding members is our President and still walks regularly with the club.
We run fortnightly Sunday walks by coach to all areas of the North West of England, Wales & Shropshire. Walk standards are \'A\' - 12 miles, \'B\' - 9 miles, \'C\' - 6 miles. |

Macc Ramblers is a small friendly Rambling / Walking / Hiking and Social group based in Macclesfield Cheshire. There are walks on most Sundays throughout the year and weekday evening pub walks in the summer. Walks are graded from short and easy for the less fit or beginner through to more strenuous hill walks. We also arrange at least two walking weekends away every year staying in Youth Hostels or using Bed and Breakfast accommodation. |
