It may simply be a stroll through a summer meadow overflowing with cornflowers and poppies; it could be an early morning power walk through a favourite park, quiet and at one with nature until the first signs of rush hour start to appear; or it is perhaps that off the beaten track route that you found on holiday, unspoilt and away from the madding crowd.
Whatever your favourite walk may be, take a little time to share the details with us here at Rambling Clubs.
The practicalities – is the walk mostly flat and suitable for everyone to partake of, or are there inclines or steep hills which would perhaps be more suited to the more experienced rambler? Does the route take you through built-up areas or is the landscape wild and scenic, with views of distant lakes and peaks?
