The Limousin is made up of three departments, we are situated in the north of the Haute-Vienne and on the boarder of the Vienne (Poitou-Charentes) to the west of the Massif Centrale. The Limousin is one of the most rural regions in France and is perfect for anyone wanting tranquillity and remote, unspoiled landscapes. The area is littered with ancient churches, castles and villages creating a timeless feel that transports you to another era. Although peaceful there is plenty to do - satisfying even for the most active of people. Our aim is to give you an opportunity to explore the Haute Vienne and Vienne regions of France at a leisurely pace, enjoying gentle daily exercise and indulging in some delicious cuisine at the end of each day. All our walks are graded from easy, through to moderate/hard and carefully arranged to allow you to get the most from your holiday. We have a number of mapped out walking routes which can take you through the Haute Vienne and Vienne which are just on our doorstep. Gîte accommodation sleeps up to 8 people, self catering or all inclusive to suit. We can also cater for groups up to 12 combined with our B & B accommodation.
