Rambling Accommodation in Dorset
Jurassic View and the Lobster Port apartments are located in Chesil House. They are literally just across the road from the South West Coast Path. The Jurassic Coast was designated as Britain`s first `World Heritage Site` for natural features in 2001.
Jurassic View sleeps four and overlooks the sea.
The Lobster Pot has one twin bedded room with views of the harbour.
Both apartments are situated on the second floor. They each have their own allocated parking bays and are served by a lift. As they are available throughout the year, both are centrally heated.
It`s just a short stroll to the butcher, grocer, newsagent and fishmonger. There are also three pubs and three restaurants close by.
From the apartments you can walk eastwards towards Weymouth, via Abbotsbury (with its medieval Swannery and Tithe Barn).
To the west is Lyme Regis, with its famous Cobb.
Heading inland is the Hardy Trail, named after the famous Dorset writer, Thomas Hardy.
