The spacious en suite bedrooms offer a choice of king size, four poster or twin beds.  They are all comfortable and have magnificent views of the gardens and adjacent countryside.

The house has a large organic kitchen garden with greenhouses bursting with many types of naturally grown fruit and vegetables. There is also a tranquil walled garden holding perennial borders.  The paths are edges with lavender and guests will wander through woodland, lawns and a pond area.

Free range kitchens give a daily supply of eggs and the beehives provide organic honey.

There are various walks for the rambling enthusiast to enjoy. The Three Castles Walk is approximately 19 miles long.  It is a circular route taking in the Norman castles of Grosmont, Skenfrith and White Castle.  The walker passes through an undulating landscape of wooded hillsides and hidden valleys.  This walk can be undertaken as a whole or in three separate sections.

Another walk is the Monnow Valley Walk.  In total it is 40 miles. Monmouth to Skenfrith is around 7.5 miles.  It is a linear walk following the valley of the River Monnow.
