Bristol Group of the Ramblers` Association
The Bristol group of the Ramblers` Association is one of the largest groups in the UK.
This rambling club in Bristol offer roughly 300 walks every year, with something to suit all abilities. Many walks are arranged on a Sunday, but there are also Saturday and midweek walks.
The walking range is usually 5-8 miles in Bristol, Gloucestershire Somerset and Wiltshire. More strenuous hill walking in South Wales, the Cotswolds, Mendips and Quantocks will cover 14 plus miles. Urban walks in and around Bristol together with themed walks also prove popular.
Potential new members are always welcome and can participate in up to three walks before making a decision whether or not to join the club.
