Rambling Club in Mersyside

Formed in 1976 Maghull Rambling Club are a friendly rambling club in Merseyside. They aim to provide country walks for both experienced hill and mountain walking enthusiasts and beginners alike.

Walks are arranged at least once every two weeks and encompass hills and mountains throughout the north of England, including Yorkshire and the Lake District.  Some weekends away are also organised throughout the year.

Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month from 7.30pm at the Cheshire Lines Suite, 100 Sefton Lane, Maghull, L31 8BT.   Non members are welcome to attend and the club actively encourage people from Maghull and the surrounding areas to join.  Anyone interested should go on a couple of walks before making a decision to join the club.  The itinerary for the coming year includes a quiz night, a wine and cheese evening and bingo.
