Rambling Club in London

The Polytechnic Rambling Club

Formed as a social club in 1885 this rambling club in London are one of the oldest walking clubs in the country.

They offer a varied walking programme and organise a day walk almost every weekend throughout the year.

They also organise weekends away during the year to both the UK and Europe.  Recent destinations have included Killarney, Skipton and the Peak District.

All walks organised by the club are accessed via public transport. Day walks are usually around London and the Home Counties. Members often include stopping at a local pub for lunch and a well earned drink.

Social events are popular and include theatre trips and visits to restaurants.
