Caravan at Park Resort, Heacham
3 bedroom and 2 bedroom holiday caravan situated at Park Resort at Heacham.
Our 3 bedroom caravan has a double master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. The lounge area is large with a separate dining area. The caravan has a shower room with enclosed glass cubicle and wash basin, as well as a separate WC. We provide duvets and 1 pillow for each bed however with bed (sheets etc) are available on request for an extra charge. Personal towels are not included. In the lounge area we have provided a flat screen TV/DVD combination with Freeview built in for your viewing pleasure, x-box. We also have provided a couple of board games, colouring books and pencils, a deck of cards, a note pad and pens.
We have stocked the kitchen with all the essential items you need to cook (sharp knife set, cutlery, glasses, plates, saucepans/frying pans etc.), and the caravan is fitted with a microwave, fridge (with freezer box), kettle and toaster, tea towel and basic first aid kit. There will be a complimentary pint of semi skim milk, tea, coffee, sugar and sweetener on arrival.
The caravan has gas heater in the lounge area and panel heaters in each bedroom. Gas and electricity is included in the price. Entertainment passes for up to 6 people is on request.

We operate a non smoking and no pets policy in our caravan.
Caravans can be occupied any time after 1:30pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, personal injury, accident expense or inconvenience caused to any member of your party.
There is non refundable deposit on booking and the rest is payable 3 days before arrival. On the day of your holiday there will be a refundable deposit payable on the day of your holiday. This covers any breakages, damage or the caravan leaving in a dirty state. This would normally be paid back to you once the caravan been check and everything is in order with the caravan.

Heacham Beach Holiday Park
The onsite clubhouse The Boathouse caters for the kid`s clubs throughout the day (Little Sparks club for under 5`s and Sparky`s Crew club for 5 - 11 year olds) - providing them with plenty of activities to keep them occupied. On the evening it has a vast amount of entertainment to keep the whole family happy, from Sparky`s clubs, bingo and adult entertainment etc. The bar also serves throughout the day excellent food, provides Sky Sports, and a pool table. There is also a small amusement arcade in the clubhouse.
The Park offers a good size fully heated indoor swimming pool with a slide, which also has a toddler friendly pool for the tiny ones and is fully staffed by qualified lifeguards. There is an onsite shop which provides food, alcohol, gifts etc, a large outdoor green area with a barked toddler’s park laundrette and an all weather sports court.
Heacham Beach is ideally situated to explore the Norfolk coastline, as there is plenty to see and do around it. The closest beach is only a 5 minute walk from the entrance to the Park, and the beach has a cafe and lovely scenic views of the Norfolk coastline. You can take approx. a 20 min walk along the beach to North Beach where there is a fish and chip shop, sweet/ice cream shop, a café, small arcade and your usual beach gift shop. A few steps further and there is a pub/restaurant which serves hot and cold meals. From there, there is a proper promenade into Hunstanton (approx. 30 minute walk) or is only a 10 minute drive away from Heacham
Hunstanton is a picturesque Victorian seaside town with plenty of shops, food outlets, pubs and things to do, with a lovely beach, amusements and a large outdoor fairground.
If you fancy a bit of royalty, you could via a short drive pop over to see Sandringham - one of the Royal Family`s main residences and have a full view of the magnificent palace and grounds, and maybe see the Queen!
This is just a taste of what is available around the Heacham area, the Reception is fully stocked with dozens of ideas a short trip away to make the memories magical of your stay on the east coast.
There is a Tesco and Sainsbury`s in Huntstanton which are large and would cater for a "weekly shop", whereas in Heacham itself there is a Co-Op and a Tesco Express. Around Heacham there is several chip shops, a Chinese take away, an Indian restaurant/takeaway (they also deliver to caravan), and a kebab/pizza takeaway in the immediate area There is also a chemist and a post office.

There is a pond next door with a family of moorhens at the moment (July).
This property is NOT suitable for young children as there is access to the water`s edge.
