Barrow HF Rambling Club
We have 3 walks every Sunday.Covering all of Cumbria and Occasionally Yorkshire.
A Party 13 to 15 miles.
B Party 10 to 12 miles.
C Party 8 to 11 miles.
Coach Transport is provided.
Also a walk every 2nd and 4th Wednesday.

Carlisle and District Ramblers and Fellwalkers have an extensive programme of walks to appeal to all abilities, meeting on Wednesdays and Sundays. We regularly have coach transport and car sharing at other times.

Founded in 1964 by members of the Countrywide Holidays Association CHAmois Mountaineering Club has a membership in excess of 200.

A small, friendly walking club based in South Cumbria with full walks every Sunday and in Summer short walks on some evenings. We normally also have several club holidays both in UK and abroad.
South Lakes Walking Club
Our club has been in existence for over 50 years.
We walk mainly in the Lake District and other areas within reach such as the Yorkshire dales and the Lancashire hills.
Every second Sunday we have a full day out by coach departing from Kendal. There are three walks to choose from and each leader will give a description of their proposed walk on the coach during the outward journey: a harder "A" walk, a medium "B" walk and an easier "C" walk.
We also walk on alternate Saturdays between the Sunday coach outings.
During the summer months we arrange a programme of Monday evening walks.

Founded around about 1953, the West Cumbria Mountaineering Club is a community of like-minded individuals who share a love of the outdoors. So whether you`re new to the area, wanting to meet new people, looking to start a new hobby, been climbing all your life, or just wanting to get cracking on with folk; the club would love to hear from you. Membership runs annually from January and includes membership of the British Mountaineering Council (BMC).
A programme of affordable and family-friendly `away` meets
and regular social events, walks and climbing meets.
Whitehaven Rambling Club
WRC organises day rambles, evening walks and evening indoor meetings.
Teaches bushcraft and wilderness survival skills, including tracking, plant lore, nature awareness, axemanship, canoe-craft, and wilderness cookery. Based in the UK.
Workington Rambling Club
We go fell-walking every fortnight on a Sunday irrespective of the weather and travel by coach with the route starting from Toll Bar at Distington, Workington (near the ambulance station) at 0840am, Workington Central Sq. (opposite the multi-storey car park) 0900am and Cockermouth Main Street outside Harrison`s butchers shop at 0920am.
