Chepstow Walkers are Welcome
Chepstow Walkers are Welcome are a volunteer group that promote the beautiful Lower Wye Valley as a walking destination no matter what your ability.
We offer `walking` advice on the area and have a guided walks throughout the year including our annual walking Festival which takes place in April each year.
Islwyn Rambling Club
Islwyn Ramblers normally meet in the car park adjacent to the rugby field at Blackvein Road Cross Keys. Well behaved dogs are welcome on our walks but they must be kept on a lead at all times.

Monmouth Rambling & Hillwalking Club
Monmouth Rambling and Hillwalking Club is a long established walking club based in Monmouth. We walk every Sunday in our beautiful local countryside.
Our walks vary in length from around 6 to 8 miles with a break for coffee and lunch along the way.
We extend a warm welcome to newcomers who may join us for up to three "taster" walks before joining the club. We charge a small annual subscription to cover admin and insurance costs.
Newport Ramblers Club
Newport Ramblers meet every Saturday to enjoy the nearby countryside.
A fixture of walks is published each quarter for members.
New people are welcome to join us, but please note that you take part in walks, or any other club activity entirely at your own risk.
North Gwent Rambling Club
Situated on the south side of the Brecon Beacons National Park, North Gwent Ramblers organise a varied walks programme to include both leisurely and easy walks that are ideal for beginners.

South Gwent Ramblers
Why should you want to join us? For starters, here in Monmouthshire, South Wales, we are blessed with marvellous scenery and rich borders history, right on our doorstep. Just up the road, we roam in the Welsh Valleys and the Brecon Beacons National Park. It's a great place for walking! If that weren?t enough, we organise coach trips further afield and other events of all sorts, near and far. We've been on trips to the Isle of Wight, Weymouth, Jersey, the Lakes and the Scottish Highlands in recent years.
So come to and let us give you a South Gwent Ramblers welcome and share our varied and wonderful County with you. Our walks usually begin from the Civic Centre lower car park in Newport.
