Walking with Bromley Ramblers.
It's good fun, it's exercise and it's supposed to be good for us.
If you have any interest at all why not come along to an easier, shorter (3-5 mile) walk and introduce yourself.
We will do our best to make you welcome.
Sunday is our main walking day on which we try to offer 2 walks of varying lengths, full day circular walks, averaging 10 miles or half day walks of around 5 to 6 miles.
At least once a month there are mid-week walks and evening walks in the summer.
These walks can be anywhere in Kent and sometimes beyond.
Dartford & Gravesham Ramblers
Dartford Ramblers was formed in 1992, with Gravesham added 4 years later. Membership consists of people from all walks of life who live not only in the two districts mentioned, but also in Bexley and south east London.
Dover & Thanet Rights of Way Society
The Society was founded in 1974 to walk and protect the footpaths of East Kent, and we still help to clear overgrown paths. Standard walks take place every other Sunday morning (5/6 miles taking 2 to 2.5 hours), and there are also leisurely walks (3/4 miles taking up to 2 hours) on the intervening Sundays. Whole day Saturday walks(10/14 miles) are organised once a month from Spring to Autumn. Walks are normally well attended, and a number of evening social events are held each year.

Walking in Kent
This website aims to give you all the information you need to get walking in this beautiful county.
For further information please check the website or email John Harris.
We are an informal group, formed in the late nineties. We walk on alternate Sunday mornings throughout the year, generally in north-west Kent but occasionally elsewhere.
We also have occasional social gatherings. Unlike some groups, we have no problem with people bringing their dogs.
