Dales Walking Group for Singles
Hi there ,
We are a group of friendly unattached people aged 40 and over. We walk regularly once/twice a month in the Yorkshire Dales, the walks are between 8 and 10 miles.
During the year we have 2/3 weekends away either in the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District or Northumberland. We would like to invite new members to join our group, if you do decide to join us you will be made very welcome. I have been organizing and leading the walks now for 20 years, we walk at a steady pace and go at the pace of the slowest, anyone who is reasonably fit should be able to enjoy our walks.
All the walks are checked before doing them with the group.
In September I produce a programme of walks for the following year, I then send out accurate meeting details of each walk to members about 10 days before the walk by Email.
For more details please take a look at the website.

Harrogate Rambling Club
The Harrogate Rambling Club is really good fun, offering walks in pleasant company in the beautiful dales and moors of North Yorkshire. In our web pages, you will find information about what we do and how to join us - please come in and have a look.
We are the local Group of Ramblers for the Norhallerton.
We have members from most of the Hambleton Area. We arrange one or two walks, often in nearby Yorkshire Dales or Moors, each Thursday ending with a tea shop visit, together with walking based trips.
On behalf of Ramblers we "look after" footpaths in our local area.
